Joining two microduct sections should not add unnecessary time to the installation.
The FCST-ERPU10/6 uses a push-fit design to connect 10/6mm HDPE microducts without special installation tools. Its IP68 protection helps keep water out of the connection, while the non-metal construction avoids corrosion concerns in underground environments.
For pressurized microduct systems, the connector supports working pressure up to 20 bar, making it suitable for fiber blowing applications.
Key Benefits
1.For 10/6mm HDPE microducts — designed for standard 10/6mm microduct connections.
2.Push-fit installation — connect microducts without special tools.
3.IP68 protection — helps protect the connection against water ingress.
4.Up to 20 bar working pressure — suitable for pressurized fiber-blowing systems.
5.1.5 J impact resistance — added protection for underground applications.
6.Non-metal construction — helps avoid corrosion concerns.
7.25-year estimated service life — designed for long-term network use.
Underground Microduct Networks
For joining HDPE microduct sections in underground fiber infrastructure.
Direct-Buried Microduct
Suitable for applications where the connection needs sealing and impact protection.
Fiber Blowing
Designed for pressurized microduct systems with a working pressure of up to 20 bar.
FTTH Construction
For joining microduct sections used in fiber access network deployment.
Installation
1. Prepare the Microduct
Cut both 10/6mm microduct ends cleanly and make sure they are free from dirt or debris.
2. Push into the Connector
Insert each microduct into the corresponding connector port until it reaches the proper insertion position.
3. Check the Connection
Make sure both microducts are fully seated and the connection is secure.
No special installation tools required.

1. How do I choose the right microduct connector?
Choose a connector that matches your microduct’s outside diameter (OD). Check the product size chart before ordering.
2. Can I use it with microducts from other brands?
Yes. The key is to match the microduct OD and specifications, not the brand name.
3. Can I install it without special tools?
Yes. The push-fit design allows quick, tool-free installation. Just push the microduct fully into the connector.
4. How can I make sure the microduct is inserted correctly?
The transparent body lets you see the insertion position, helping you confirm the connection before cable blowing.
5. Can I use it for underground installation?
Selected models are suitable for direct burial applications. Check the product specifications to choose the right model for your installation.
6. Can I order a small quantity for testing?
Yes. Small-quantity orders are welcome, so you can test the connectors on your project before ordering larger quantities.
Need a Small Quantity?
100 pcs/box — suitable for maintenance, testing, small installations, and individual project requirements.
