Return Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy (B2B Marketplace)

Effective Date: 02/09/2026

OSP.com LLC (“OSP”) operates as a B2B marketplace and reseller of telecommunications and infrastructure materials. OSP does not manufacture products sold on this website. All sales are governed by this policy and OSP’s Terms & Conditions.


1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not guaranteed and may be approved only at OSP’s sole discretion and in writing.


2. Return Authorization Required (RMA)

Any return request must be pre-approved and issued a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by OSP.

Products returned without an RMA will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.


3. Approved Returns (If Any)

If OSP approves a return:


Product must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in original manufacturer packaging.

Product must be received within the RMA return window.

Customer bears all shipping, insurance, duties, and handling costs.

A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply, subject to manufacturer and supplier policies.


4. Non-Returnable Products

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:


Custom, cut-to-length, project-specific, or special-order items

Installed, used, tested, or damaged products

Software, firmware, licenses, or digital products

Clearance, discontinued, or end-of-life items

Products sourced specifically for a customer or contract


5. Shipping Errors & Transit Damage

Claims for incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. After this period, products are deemed accepted.


6. No OSP Warranties

OSP does not provide any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:


Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Performance, compatibility, or suitability


7. Manufacturer Warranty Only

All warranties, representations, and product liabilities rest solely with the manufacturer.


Any warranty claims must be pursued directly with the manufacturer, not OSP.

OSP’s role is limited to facilitating the sale and, where applicable, providing manufacturer contact information.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:


OSP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

OSP’s total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

OSP is not responsible for project delays, labor costs, re-installation costs, loss of revenue, or third-party damages.


9. Marketplace Disclaimer

OSP acts solely as a marketplace and reseller. OSP does not design, manufacture, modify, test, or certify products unless expressly stated in writing. Product selection and suitability are the customer’s responsibility.


10. B2B Use Only

Products are sold exclusively for commercial, enterprise, and government use. Consumer protection laws, including cooling-off periods or no-fault return rights, do not apply.


11. Policy Updates

OSP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of order governs the transaction.


12. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, the customer authorizes OSP.com LLC to charge the full order amount and acknowledges that the transaction constitutes a firm, non-cancelable B2B purchase.


13. No Chargebacks / Dispute Resolution

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for approved, delivered, or manufacturer-warranted products.


Payment disputes must be submitted in writing to OSP before contacting a card issuer.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting OSP constitutes a breach of these terms.


14. Evidence of Delivery and Acceptance

Customers agree that the following constitute conclusive proof of delivery and acceptance:


Carrier delivery confirmation or tracking records

Signed delivery receipts (if applicable)

Shipment to the address provided at checkout

Lack of written damage or error notice within five (5) business days


15. Chargeback Fees

If a chargeback is filed and later resolved in OSP’s favor, the customer agrees to reimburse OSP for:

Card network chargeback fees

Administrative and processing costs

Any costs incurred in responding to the dispute


16. Fraud & Unauthorized Use

OSP is not responsible for unauthorized card use when:

The correct billing information is provided

Address Verification Service (AVS) and CVV checks pass

The order is shipped to the customer-provided address


17. Marketplace & Warranty Acknowledgment

By completing the order, the customer expressly acknowledges that:

OSP.com LLC acts solely as a marketplace and reseller

All warranties and product liabilities rest exclusively with the manufacturer

Warranty claims are not grounds for payment reversal or chargeback
